the pictures and scematics of the room clearly showed a double bed. we got two sngles.the night person was uncontactable. the receptionist in the morning wasnt interested in fixing our problem so we checked out the receptionist was uninterested. later I was rung with a very rude message saying we were being charged the full rate for the following night. after some discussion we got another room with the double bed we orignally ordered. the receptionist (a different one) when we got our key was polite and gave us a free sauna for the inconvienience. things were looking up but unfortunately there was some sort of biting bug in the room and we left before reception opened covered in bites.we couldnt even have the advertised complimentory tea and coffee as there was none

Fantastic beachfront location with jaw-dropping views, hot pool, and fun activities like eel feeding. Super friendly and efficient staff. Well-equipped cabins and great amenities, including free wi-fi, fitness center, swimming pool, sauna, and game room. Memorable family-friendly experience with water slides, playground, kids club, and board games. Convenient parking, laundry facilities, and fully equipped kitchens. Definitely coming back!

We had a wonderful stay for one night and the weather was lovely. The location was favorable and lovely, near waterfalls and hills. It was situated near restaurants and cafés. The staff were excellent, friendly people.

I liked the pool, the kitchen facilities, the bed was comfy, and it was very clean.

There was only one shower unit in the toilets and there were some hefty lines. But that was because we were part of a larger group so everyone wanted to shower at the same time.

We had an amazing time at this holiday park! The value for money was excellent and our room was clean and tidy. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach and close to the pool and reception. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making our stay even better.

The breakfast items could be improved, maybe offering more variety or adding some local specialties to the menu.

The unit in which we stayed was probably the most impeccable and well-appointed that I have ever experienced. Everything was spotlessly clean (right down to the sparkling white sheets) and thoughtfully supplied with an array of kitchen facilities and utensils, tea and coffee for the tired traveller (and having salt and pepper was a real bonus!), and with plenty of towels. The folk who prepare these units are to be congratulated on conveying a sense of caring about the quality of experience for those who visit. Proximity to a beautiful beach was also a plus.

During our recent stay at Tasman Holiday Parks - Waihi Beach, we were pleased with the cleanliness and comfort of our unit. The amenities provided were sufficient for our needs and the bathroom and shower facilities were well-maintained. The location of the holiday park was also convenient, allowing easy access to nearby attractions. I had a pleasant experience and would recommend this holiday park.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was absolutely stunning, with the hotel right across from the beach. We loved waking up every morning to the beautiful view. The staff were also incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Marie who went above and beyond to ensure we had the best room for our family. The basic amenities in the rooms were great, and it was a relief to see that they had working smoke alarms. The hotel also kept the kids entertained with their common verandah, which was a nice touch. Additionally, the breakfast provided was delicious and a great way to start the day.

All in all, our stay at this hotel was fantastic.
